DESIGN & BUILD

Contingent upon each project's requirements, the scope of works may require us to design all the contracted M&E systems for functionality and connectedness as opposed to performing works based on given drawings by the client. 

​

Our D&B services include:

  1. Understanding of requirements for each brownfield/greenfield site, such as the specific M&E systems that are to be installed for different on-site facilities.

  2. Providing the design drawings and relevant data to clearly show the functionality and connectedness of the M&E systems

  3. Ensure that the execution of the proposal is within estimated costs and project schedule.
